Justin Marazita — Designer and Contemporary Artist

Let’s start with formalities… my name is Justin Marazita. I’m originally from the colonies (US) but I’ve been living and working in London for over 6 years now.

I introduce myself as a multidisciplinary creative. I like wearing as many hats as possible. I look good in hats. More so after I started losing my hair… but I digress.

It’s a tough sale in a world so specialised, but I’m slowly persuading people that a multifaceted approach to design and art can only be a positive. By looking at projects from more than one point of view, you can create something that is memorable and exciting.

My Graphic Design side

Early in my design career I did a lot of physical product design, packaging and print design. Since moving to London I have broadened my focus, working mainly in digital product design and brand development. Alternating between physical and digital design is as easy as riding a bicycle for me.

Recently I’ve been the Lead Senior Creative Designer of a small design team for a company called Runpath. Leading the creative process from inception through to product development, and ongoing improvement in a agile studio environment.

I’ve worked directly with Disney, Go Compare, Hallmark, Warner Bros., Experian, Mercer, Hot Topic, Cirque du Soleil, and many other smaller businesses.

Specialties: Digital Design, Art Direction, UX, UI, Agile teams and project management, Data visualisation, Foreign Sourcing, Brand development, Product Design, Fintech, Print design, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), Retail Presence, Illustration, Motion Graphics, Photography & Interactive Design

I’m available for work from Sept. 2017. Please get in touch and we can discuss how I can lend my skills to help you out — Hire me

My Contemporary Art side

My conceptual artwork is constantly blurring the lines between two dimensional and three dimensional space. I strive to fabricate escapism with my work. Getting lost in ideas or environments that don’t truly exist, or perhaps they do now since I created them.

I recently curated a show called Myth & Lore in Tottenham, London. I’m constantly looking to give emerging artists a space in areas that are lacking exposure.

Mediums & Specialities: Photography, Sculpture, Electronics, Installations, Curation, Videography & Interactive Artwork

If you have a space that needs curating or want to give my own art more exposure please get in touch — Contact me
